VBS: Marvelous Mystery
We will be investigating the greatest mystery on earth at Vacation Bible school! Exciting music, creative crafts, fun recreation, and memorable Bible stories that will help our detectives unveil the amazing treasure of
the Mass. With patience and perseverance, we can begin to understand a little more clearly the wonderful and mysterious things about the Mass and about Jesus in the Eucharist.
VBS Marvelous Mystery is for children ages 5 through 11. The investigation runs from June 10 – 14, 2024 ~ 9:15am – Noon at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 3020 Reeves Road, Warren
Registration deadline June 2, 2024. Cost $10.00 per child with a family max of $30.00 payable to Blessed Sacrament Parish. Children in grades 6-12 are encouraged to apply to be part of the VBS team! See Mrs. McCue for an application.
MARIAN DEVOTION BANQUET
& “CAKE WALK”
Sunday, May 5 at 11:30 a.m.
A Marian Devotion Prayer Service will be held at 11:30 a.m.in the Worship Area followed by a luncheon and cake walk in the social hall. Sign up sheets are available on the bulletin board in the vestibule beginning this weekend. Deadline to sign-up is April 28.

Renee's Clothes Closet
Renee’s Clothes Closet has been permanently closed as of June 2023. All donations can be taken directly to St. Vincent DePaul Thrift Store in Warren, Ohio.
Annual Diocesan Appeal
We are just a few weeks away from the end of Phase One of the Annual Diocesan Appeal: One in Hope, One in Mission. When we celebrate the end of the Easter season on Pentecost, we hope that the fire of the Spirit will have enkindled in many of us a strong desire to offer a share of our resources to bring both help and hope to those in need, as well as extending the mission and ministry of the Church. To date, our parish family has pledged $36,530.00 (81.00%) toward our parish goal of $45,100.00. We are $8,570.00 away from meeting our goal!!! If you have not yet made a prayerful response to the Appeal, please take some time to reflect on your ability to participate using either a pledge card available at our Church or by visiting www.doy.org. Offering Envelopes
Boxed sets of offertory envelopes are ready for pickup here at St. William. Envelope boxes were available November-January in the vestibule – If you missed the window of opportunity to pick up your box please call the parish office.
Bulletin Deadlines
Beginning January 7, the bulletin will now be printed by LPi and shipped to the church weekly. As a result the deadline for submitting materials to the bulletin will change. The new deadline for submitting materials will now be Thursday at 12:00 noon the week before the material is to be printed. For example, if you want something printed in the January 7 bulletin, it must be turned in to the office no later than December 28 or if you want something in the January 14 bulletin the deadline is January 4 (that is a full 10 days!) If you have any questions, please call the parish office.
