PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD

1. To register a child for Faith Formation classes, please complete the following electronic forms.  PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROMPTS EXACTLY.  Failure to follow the prompts exactly may cause problems with registration.
2. Please complete ONE form per child.  If you have multiple children in the program please come back to this page and click the Begin Registration Button below.
3. In addition to each registration, you will need to click the link to complete the Emergency Medical Form online.  Please complete this form as soon as possible after completing the registration form.  One form per child.
4. When you are finished filling out all Registration Forms, click the Online Payment Button below.
5. Information about programming schedules will be communicated and updated via email, once you have completed this form.
6. Children cannot begin classes until all forms have been completed and turned in.

Faith Formation for Children is offered on Sunday mornings for children PreK-Grade 6.

St. Robert at 9:30 to 10:45
St. Thomas at 10:00 to 11:15
St. William at  8:30 to 9:45

Faith Formation for ALL TNCC Adolescents and Teens Grades 7-12 is offered on Sunday evenings at St. Robert.

Light Family Meal at 6:00
Faith Formation 6:30 to 8:00
