Youth Ministry Formation for Students in Grades 7 - 12 

  • Saint William Youth Ministry forms young men and women for Christ by walking hand in hand with the youth of the parish as they embrace the call of Jesus to be a light to each other and to the world.Faith formation for students in grades seven through twelve is fostered through formal catechesis, faith sharing, and service to others.  Youth Ministry participates in events sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown Youth and Young Adult Ministries as well as events sponsored by Warren Area Catholic Teens.  Formal catechesis is offered Sunday morning from 9:30am - 10:45am.  See the Youth Ministry Calendar for a complete schedule of catechesis and events.   

Warren Area Catholic Teens

  • Saint William is a member of Warren Area Catholic Teens which gives the youth of St. William in Grades 7 through 12 the opportunity to participate in faith formation, social activities and service to community with Catholic Teens from Blessed Sacrament Parish, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, Saint John Paul II Parish and Saint Mary Parish.

As Catholics we are called to grow in our faith in a lifelong process beginning at birth and continuing through the end of life.  The Parish School of Religion provides many programs and activities both, formal and informal, which will enable all to grow in their faith and exercise their Christian discipleship in the world.  To inquire about any of the following Christian education programs and opportunities, please contact Carol Timko at or through the Parish Office.


PSR and Youth Ministry  
The  goal of the PSR (Parish School of Religion) program for children is  education in the Catholic Faith.  The PSR  program ministers to children ages grades one through eight.  Through formal catechesis, students will grow  in their knowledge and understanding of their Catholic Faith.
Grades First through Eight
These PSR classes are designed for students in grades one through eight who  do not attend a parochial school.  
PSR classes are offered September through April 

Sunday – 9:30-10:45 am, All Students and Grades (K-8)
