Mrs. Therese Tuttle
Business Manager

Therese was born and raised in Memphis Tennessee in a family with 5 children.  She attended Catholic schools through the eighth grade before attending public high school.  Therese worked her way through community college, earning a degree in mathematical sciences and then earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Memphis.  She previously managed accounting departments for several companies, mainly in the manufacturing and transportation sectors.   She and her husband Jim have lived in Bristolville for the past 11 years.

Therese is active in the St. William community; she served for several years as an officer for the Women’s Guild, where she was the representative to the Parish Council.  She is a member of the Newsletter Advisory Committee, writes articles for the newsletter and website, been on various church committees,  and is a regular Saturday evening Mass altar server.

She enjoys a variety of needlework and artwork crafts, reading, writing, camping, and riding her bike on nice days.  Spending time with her family is her favorite past time.

Mr. Ross Lenhart

I went to Christ Our King Church and Elementary School.  I graduated from La Brae H. S. and have a B.S. Degree in Industrial Design from Kent State University.  Gayle and I were married at St. Pius X in 1981. We built a home and moved to Champion with our sons in 1991 and became members of this parish shortly after.  I retired from the Kmart Distribution Center after thirty one years and started the maintenance position April 1, 2018.

Our oldest son Brian and his wife Susan are members here.  I can claim getting him interested in photography, volunteering with festivals, decorating and fish dinners.  Our youngest son Scott married his wife Chelsea in Eatonville, Washington while serving in the army.  We visit them and their four children there about 30 miles west of Mt. Rainier.  He is a heavy equipment operator apprentice.

As a young man I approached Father Tom Ziegler about ideas that most people saw as idealistic or even utopian.  He suggested I write them down.  Over the years in my spare time I put these ideas and plans into .  In 2002 I presented Basicliving  at Kent branch as a class project to the Power Technology class.  I believe society would be better off if we could live simpler, more sustainable lives in community with each other.  There are cohousing communities doing this around the country.

Over the years I have tried to market a mail order grocery concept, Fold-N-Loc building blocks and a vehicle hatch tent.  I enjoy poker, tennis, genealogy, civil war history and science fiction. Gayle and I enjoy spending time with family and grandchildren.  We enjoy nature while camping, hiking, biking, and kayaking.

Mrs.  Tina McCue
Pastoral Associate

Honored to be a part of the pastoral team of St. William, Tina serves the parish as Pastoral Associate in areas of Catechesis, Adult Faith Formation, Sacramental Preparation, Youth Ministry and spiritual growth.

Tina has been a member of St. William Parish since her family moved to Champion in 1970.  She is the fourth of six children of John and the late Rose Makosky.  In 1985 she married Brian McCue.   In 1983, Brian and Tina became members of the newly formed Folk Group and have proudly served in Music Ministry since that time.  They are 1982 graduates of John F. Kennedy High School and continue to support Catholic Education in raising their children, Joshua and his wife Ashley, Katie, Anna, Elizabeth and Nathan.  The McCue children have served the parish in various ministries.  They currently have two grandchildren.

Being a lifelong member of St. William Parish, she considers the good people of St. William to be an extension of her own family.   She has been an active member of the Women’s Guild and along with music ministry, enjoys serving the youth of our parish as a Religious Education Teacher and Youth Minister.

Tina holds a Certificate for Catechetical Ministry as a Pastoral Minister from the Diocese of Youngstown, a Certificate of Pastoral Studies in Christian Spirituality for Ministers from Loyola Institute for Ministry and is a member of the National Conference of Catechetical Leadership(NCCL).

Tina shares her love for Jesus and thoughts on matters of faith in the weekly blog, From the Heart, which can be viewed on the parish website.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and baking.

Mrs. Carol Timko
Coordinator of Religious Education

I was born and raised in Warren. I attended and received all of my sacraments at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, and attended John F. Kennedy High School. I became a member of St. William Parish in 1983, after marrying Timothy Timko.   I worked 13 years as assistant to the DRE, Sr. Mary Cora Skrivan, SND.  I took over for Sister Mary Cora in 2007, when she retired. I am hoping to start classes at the Loyola Institute for Ministry in the fall.  I have been called to be a light and guide to the children of the parish in their religious studies.   In the time I have been involved with PSR, it has warmed my heart to watch students from kindergarten to confirmation take part in different church activities. I am a member of the Liturgy Committee and the Environment Committee, and past Parish Council Secretary.

I married Tim in March of 1983.   We have three adult children, Stephen, who lives in Munroe Falls, Shawnna, who lives in Warren with our granddaughter, Alexa, and Emily, who lives in Fredericktown, Pa with her husband Brian, his son C.J. and their three pugs, Gabbi, Otis and Mia.  As a family, we have been involved at the parish. All three of our children have been Altar Servers, active in the Youth Ministry, and helped in other various ways.  Tim is presently a Lector and I am a Eucharistic Minister. We generally attend the Saturday evening Mass and enjoy having dinner and socializing with friends after Mass.

I enjoy cross stitching, bowling, reading, wine making with Tim, and spending time and sharing our wine with family and friends.  I also enjoy spending time with our granddaughter, Alexa, grandson, CJ, and our grandpups. We enjoy going to different wineries, going to Kelley’s Island, going on long drives in our convertable and spending time with our family and friends
