Important Information:
Bar Area
Alcohol may be served and is the responsibility of the person booking the hall.  You supply everything needed in the bar  area.  We provide refrigeration and large  containers for ice.  There is a $45 per  bartender, per evening fee.
Champion  Police Department must be employed for security purposes if serving alcohol of  if there are 175 or more guests in attendance.  

Billing  Considerations
Our  prices do not include tip.  Tipping for  service staff is 18%. A $200 deposit is required when booking an event (deposit applies toward cost of  meal), one-half of the expected expenses are due 10 days before the event and  the balance is due the day of the event in the form of cash or certified check,  please.

Prices  are based on a five hour event.   Additional time will be assessed at $80 per hour.
